Mango Tree Allergy

Last Sunday I discovered (the hard way) the mango tree contains urushiol - the same toxic oil found in poison oak/ivy/sumac, which I'm highly allergic to. We were out collecting mangos and I had no idea what I was getting into carrying a pile of them against my bare arms. Who knew such a wonderful tasting fruit could be so disastrous to those who are sensitive to it's fury.
