The lion fish is an invasive species here in the Virgin Islands. It doesn't have any natural predators so its numbers increase very quickly. Researchers, divers, and the community are trying to come up with the best practices to control them. One such way is to eat them. Tim and I got to try them the other night and it was delicious!
