Tim surprised me completely! Flew me to San Diego and proposed to me at the exact spot where we first met over 8 years ago. He even had to contact collegues of mine at Scripps Institution of Oceanography to get access to the Scripps Pier where we met at a party there in 2005. It was, I must say, one of the most romantic proposals ever! The time and thought that went into it is just awesome. We also spent time around San Diego visiting all of our old favorite spots from when we lived there. Enjoy the pictures below from the proposal and in and around San Diego.
