Cultural Food Fair

Last Wednesday morning at 8am and all day long was the Cultural Food Fair, a celebration that occurs during Carnival Season. I was able to take a couple hours off in the morning to go and check it out. Tim and I had some awesome food. A huge plate filled with Conch, Rice and Beans, Mac and Cheese, and what they call Stuffing. It is orange and tastes like sweet mashed potatos. So good!! We walked around and enjoyed the sites and local farmers selling produce.
